I head up the creative team at the Minor League Baseball (MiLB) headquarters in St. Petersburg, FL where I am tasked with designing and managing MiLB's full portfolio of branding and creative design elements. I work to ensure design consistency across MiLB HQ and 160-team membership while elevating our national initiatives, promoting MiLB's position in the marketplace.
During my three-plus years at MiLB, I've had the privilege to lead several key initiatives, including the creation of our company's first-ever Brand Standards book, the creation of the branding and full style guides for our two largest events (Innovators Summit and Baseball Winter Meetings) and national marketing initiatives, such as the MiLB At Home Opener and MiLB Fun On The 4th. I've also been able to work with some of our clubs creating brands for Copa de la Diversión, MiLB's Hispanic and Latino fan initiative.
